To do this you must:
Create key / cert with common name of dns or ip address
Set key to Any unassigned for both ip and port
Create websites with All Unassigned, different tcp port to make it unique
Each website should have a different ssl port as well.
Referencing each site should be:
https://ipordns:sslport#
