eplanning is a single html file which works as a standalone program. It contains both the
interface and the data in the same file to facilitate mail exchange.
- It can be used independantly without server resources.
- It can also be used as a multiuser application with rights awarded to the project Manager
and the group leaders.
Despite its small size (160K), It contains all the functions of large projet Management
applications ( red line, automatic/manual critical path calculation, works progress follow up,
hierarchical tasks, etc...)
+ It is the first real multiuser eplanning program.
I have written it because as a Project Manager, I was fedup by the unnecessary complexity
and the stupidity of all other softwares; How can you sincerely organize a work group with a
single user application! All this was nonsense! There was an urgent need of something
simple, without installation harassement and yet multisuer.
I am glad to have succeded, although some bugs remain, the essential is produced. Within a
few days the program will be free on the air!
