DBE is a class and some associated files that should let you edit individual
database tables via your favorite Web browser and forms. Currently you can
*Add records
*Delete records
*Update records
*List Records
Presently, I use the DBE to edit all tables on my Web site that deliver
dynamic content. I find it easy and effective (once you get it setup).
