WHAT IT DOES :
* Upload and delete files from the directory the program is in.
* It can authenticate the user (optional)
* It allows you to edit a file (optional)
* Specify which file extensions can be edited
* Specify the max hard drive space allowed
* Specify the max file size allowed
* Designate file names as being hidden
* It does not allow you to work with sub directories. Any subdirectories existing in
the directory will not show up in the file manager. If you want to work with sub
directories use QTOFileManager which can be found here http://www.qto.com/fm
