A PHP application (scrips collection) to run and manage educational and
examination center. Main features: library storage for educational resources;
sophisticated rating display; passing and editing examinations via web
interface; advanced administration and flexible system installation; corporate
news system; national languages support; dynamic interface.
Changes since version 0.2en: Added national languages support and
configurability. Added news module, fixed multiple bugs. Added various interface
enhancements. Added exams questions specimens. EC is now more Netscape-friendly.
The configuration file now includes more features in configuring EC options and
HTML.
