This MySQL-driven drop-down menu allows you to easily add a country selection option to a form.
Comes with all 241 of the ISO-3166 country codes. It displays the country name and sets a variable
available to the next page with the country code in it.
This function can be easily be modified to provide general purpose MySQL-driven drop-down menus.
Included is a script which creates the required table and populates it from a text file (a *little*
tinkering will be required to make this a general purpose script - but it's a no-brainer).
The text file which populates the table used as the data source is very simple, see the included one
for an example and not the 3 ***END*** lines at the bottom of the file. It, basically looks like
