For PHP 4.0.2 running on Win 2K with IIS 5, the following is how to access the GET and Put varables:
<html>
<?php
$myvar1=$HTTP_GET_VARS["username"];
$myvar2=$HTTP_POST_VARS["username"];
echo($myvar1 . "<BR>");
echo($myvar2 . "<BR>");
echo("Did we get the var?");
?>
