Frustated about the same coding every time when you start a new
project?
PHP FormWizard helps you because it reads a mysql table and
generates automatically a html formular in a html-table. It also
produces some lines of php-coding (mysql_connect, _query,
_fetch_array). The result can be used in .php3-files.

- style-templates for different layouts of the html-form
