This tutorial is a short explanation of how you can override some of your web host's default php.ini settings without having access directly to the php.ini. The reason we wanted to bring this out is because there have been numerous questions about how this can be done, and alot of people were suprised to find out that they didn't have to email their hosting company and plead with them to get this done. Keep in mind, this is a very basic tutorial. No, you can't change your web host's root password with what we'll teach you here. That's just not in the cards!
